(ABM FN-Dow Jones) De olieprijs is maandag onder druk komen te staan, nadat de Amerikaanse president Donald Trump de OPEC maande om rustig aan te doen met prijsstijgingen.
Een vat West Texas Intermediate werd 2,4 procent goedkoper op 55,88 dollar. Een vat Brent daalde 2,3 procent tot 65,75 dollar.
“Olieprijzen worden te hoog. OPEC, doe alstublieft rustig aan. De wereld kan een nieuwe prijsstijging niet aan. Kwetsbaar!”, tweette de president.
