(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Kempen & Co heeft maandag het advies voor Sif verlaagd van Neutraal naar Verkopen met een koersdoel van 9,50 euro.
 
Operationele tegenwind in combinatie met de vertraging bij het Vineyard project zal druk zetten op de kasstroom, denkt analist Henk Veerman van Kempen, ten minste tot 2021.
 
Veerman wees daarbij op de onzekere markt waarin Sif actief is, en het track record van de Roermondse funderingsspecialist.

Het aandeel Sif daalde maandag 3,1 procent naar 11,98 euro.
