(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Een overname van GrandVision door EssilorLuxottica zal waarde toevoegen. Dit menen analisten van RBC.
Woensdagavond werd bekend dat EssilorLuxottica 28,00 euro per aandeel GrandVision over heeft.
RBC denkt dat een overname de winst van EssilorLuxottica met 7 procent zal stuwen.
Luxottica heeft in Europa, met uitzondering van Italië, weinig optiekwinkels, aldus RBC. Dat maakt een overname van GrandVision zowel strategisch als financieel logisch, menen de analisten.
Het aandeel GrandVision sloot woensdag op 22,90 euro.
